National fund Turkey, Ankara
Run by T.C. Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı, Sinema Genel Müdürlüğü (Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Directorate General of Cinema)
Turkey's national script grant goes to the writer alone, filed through the state e-government portal. Rules are tight: one project a year, two refusals and the project is out, and since 2026 any use of generative tools in the script or synopsis must be declared. Amounts are not published on the page; board decisions are.

The fund opens once a year. The next cycle's dates are not yet published; we add them when they are. The 2027 deadlines and board dates are published as an image on the announcement page and could not be read; recent cycles had two board periods a year. At the deadline the synopsis, treatment, screenplay and statements are locked; only the finance plan, teaser and presentation may change until a week before the board.
