Programme d'aide au développement (Development Program), Component 1 writing assistance

Run by SODEC, Société de développement des entreprises culturelles (Québec)

Québec's cultural agency pays production companies to write fiction features and medium or feature documentaries, in a selective round twice a year, with a separate strand for animated feature prototypes. The portal and most documents are in French only, so a writer needs a Québec producer who works in French.
