Media Talent Progression Programme, Content Grants

Run by IMDA, Infocomm Media Development Authority, and the Singapore Film Commission

Singapore folded its old development and production assistance into content grants that pay for production of features and shorts with Singapore talent attached: up to SGD 300,000 for a first or second feature, SGD 600,000 for a large international project, SGD 15,000 for a short. No development money is on offer now.

Rules
Singapore-registered media companies with a produced long-form project, applying with a credited producer; the new-director track wants a Singapore citizen or permanent resident on a first or second feature with three shorts, three episodes or a feature behind them. The short-form grant takes an individual director or producer who is a citizen or permanent resident.
