A talent scheme run by the Swedish Film Institute and SVT for low budget fiction features (around SEK 12 million) and fiction led hybrids, for directors with a few films behind them but at most one feature. Writers come in beside the director at the first level and beside a producer at the second. Children's films are excluded.

Rules
For filmmakers early in their careers who have made at least two films or short format series, one of them fiction, and no more than one feature over 60 minutes. At level 1 a director applies alone or with a screenwriter; a screenwriter cannot apply without a director. Level 2 needs director, writer and producer in place. Swedish residency or a Swedish company is required.

Applications are taken at any time; decisions follow in the fund's own rhythm. About six weeks to a decision. The current phase of the scheme runs to Dec 31, 2026.

SVT reviews level 2 applications, so the broadcaster sees the project early.
