The production half of Lithuania's twice yearly state call, with categories from mini budget and debut features to documentary series, animation, interactive film and, in autumn 2026, big budget films. Grants are capped as a share of budget rather than a sum, and the funded list is published after each call.

Legal entities whose main business includes film production, registered in the EU or EEA with a Lithuanian recipient of the money, or Lithuanian sole traders in film production. For a national film the main financier must be a Lithuanian producer, the director or writer a Lithuanian citizen, and the film in Lithuanian or subtitled.
