HBF+Europe: Minority Co-production Support

Run by Hubert Bals Fund, International Film Festival Rotterdam, with Creative Europe MEDIA

Production money that follows a European producer into a co-production with the global South. Only 25 percent of the grant needs spending in Europe; the rest can go where the film is made. Recent titles went to Cannes and Locarno. The 2026 call closed September 22; the 2027 date comes at the end of 2026.
