The large end of Luxembourg's fund, where a feature or series can draw EUR 2.5 to 3 million against spending in the Grand Duchy. Writers meet it only as part of a producer's package, but it is the reason Luxembourg companies co-produce so widely in Europe.

A Luxembourg production company as delegate producer, for a work of at least 52 minutes by a director with a tie to Luxembourg culture (a separate line exists for directors without one). Shooting must start within 18 months of the decision, and 70 to 90 percent of the sum must be spent in Luxembourg, with a quarter of it on local social charges for fiction.
