European Slate Development (CREA-MEDIA-2027-DEVSLATE)

Run by Creative Europe MEDIA, European Commission

The largest development pot in Europe, paid to production companies rather than writers: a company develops three to five projects at once on one grant, which keeps writers employed across several scripts. A writer needs a producer with a slate; the 2027 call closes on December 1, 2026.
