National fund France, Paris

Fonds Images de la diversité (Images of Diversity fund)

Run by CNC, Centre national du cinéma et de l'image animée, with the Agence nationale de la cohésion des territoires

A fund for stories about the France that mainstream screens miss, reformed in April 2026. Writers get a flat EUR 10,000 or EUR 20,000 on their own; producers come back for development and production once another CNC or regional aid is in hand. Eight writing aids and nine development aids were granted in October 2026.
