At least two authors apply together, and one must hold a different nationality from the others; foreign co-authors must come from a country on the CNC's eligible list. The series needs episodes of 26 minutes or more, a real co-production design, and a French-language version of the material sent to the CNC. Optioned or contracted projects are excluded.
